Working time tracking

Work time tracking is an essential tool for effective workforce management and compliance with regulatory requirements. It is particularly important in manufacturing facilities and construction sites where working hours are variable and multiple subcontractors operate simultaneously. Electronic work time tracking ensures accurate recording of employee attendance, absences, and worked hours. In the construction industry, the EDLUS – Electronic Work Time Tracking System is increasingly used to provide transparent and controlled work time monitoring on construction sites. EDLUS helps reduce shadow economy risks and improves labor discipline on site. Work time tracking is crucial for payroll calculation, occupational safety control, and reporting to supervisory authorities. Solutions are adapted for both permanent production facilities and temporary construction projects. Digital tracking significantly reduces administrative workload and the risk of human error. Through the statykim.lv platform, users can find providers of work time tracking systems and EDLUS implementation services across Lithuania.
